The product design is advanced,the process is strict,and the test is perfect.The HV winding is made of 99.9% oxygen-free copper conductor,epoxy network cloth and resin,the LV winding is made of 99.9% oxygen-free copper foil,the iron core is made of high quality and high permeability cold rolled silicon steel sheet and special binding method. 2.  The use of environmental and working conditions
2.1 The elevation of the installation site shall not exceed 1000m, and the ambient temperature shall not exceed 40 ° C (if this requirement is exceeded, special design can be carried out).
2.2 Operating environment, the relative humidity is 100%, the environment is +40ºC to -25ºC(-25C with on-load switch and temperature controller requirements).
2.3 This product is generally indoor, and the installation site should be clean with no electric dust, no corrosive gas, and have good ventilation conditions. If the installation is in the basement or other places with poor ventilation, the problem of forced ventilation should be considered. This product requires about 3-4m3/min ventilation per 1kw loss (no-load loss + load loss).
2.4 When the product is installed, it should generally be 800mm away from the wall and other obstacles, and there should be a distance of 300mm between adjacent transformers. The above distance can be adjusted when the distribution box and other installation space are limited.
2.5 Under normal circumstances, the transformer can be placed directly on the site of use, and can be put into operation after installation and inspection. For the case of shock-proof and other special requirements, the foundation of the transformer should be installed with bolts, and the transformer should be fixed by bolts and nuts.

5. Product system description
5.1 Temperature display and temperature control system
According to the requirements of users, this product can be equipped with temperature display temperature control system, its function is :(1) send overload alarm signal, automatically display temperature.
(2) When the internal temperature of the coil exceeds the limit set by the signal thermometer, the fan can be started and stopped, the power supply can be disconnected, and the transformer can be cut off.
5.2 Cooling System
The cooling method is air natural cooling (AN), the output capacity is 100%; forced air circulation cooling (AF) can be long-term overload 25%, short-term overload 50%.
5.3 Protection Level
The general protection level of this product is IPO0, the transformer is not equipped with the shell, need indoor use; It can be equipped with a shell,if the user needs and IP20 or IP23(when the transformer protection level is high, the transformer capacity reduction operation should be considered).
Note: The IP20 housing prevents the entry of solid objects larger than 12mm, providing a safety barrier for live parts. On the basis of IP20, the protective shell of IP23 can prevent water droplets from flowing into the vertical line at an Angle of 60°.


6. Product packaging and transportation
6.1 Products are divided into two types: open type (without protective cover) and protected type (with protective shell), usually for railway, waterway, highway transportation, if necessary, can be partially disassembled transportation (such as on-load tap changer, temperature controller, air cooling device, protective cover, etc., need to be packaged separately) or the whole into the packing box transportation. Cranes, winches or other appropriate transport machinery can be used to lift and unload products.
6.2 During the transportation of the product, the product must be covered with waterproof cloth to prevent rain.
6.3 In the process of lifting the products with packing boxes, the rope should be hung on the sleepers at the bottom four corners of the packing boxes. The packaged products can be lifted 100mm-150mm from the ground with a special lifting device, and then formally lifted after there is no abnormal condition.
6.4 In the process of transportation, the transportation line should not be greater than 15° up and down slopes, in order to ensure that the vehicle evenly bear the load, the product center of gravity is located on the vertical center line of the vehicle when loading. In order to prevent the displacement and toppling of the product during transportation, the direction of the long axis of the product should be consistent with the direction of transportation, and the product should be firmly tied to the transport vehicle.
6.5 When loading and unloading vehicles without cranes, safety technical requirements should be met, and the lifting capacity should be checked to see if it is consistent with the transportation weight of the product.
6.6 The user requires that the product with a car, the bottom of the car with a roller, is generally removed during transportation to ensure the stability of the product transportation, and then reset before installation at the destination. For a product with a trolley, the roller axle at both ends of the frame can be changed to a direction of 90° to make the product move horizontally or vertically.
6.7 After the product is shipped to the destination, the parking time in the transportation state should be shortened as far as possible (especially in the open air). Before installation, it should be parked in a covered dry and ventilated place as far as possible. At the same time, measures should be taken to protect the product from mechanical injury and pollution.

7. Inspection and acceptance
7.1 After receiving the product, the user should open the shell in time for inspection and acceptance, check whether the items listed in the packing list are complete, check whether the transformer is damaged during transportation, whether the product parts are damaged and displaced, whether the fasteners are loose, whether the insulation is damaged, whether the coil surface is dirty, etc.
7.2 Check whether the data on the product nameplate is consistent with the user's locked product specifications, capacity, voltage level, connection group label, short-circuit impedance, etc.
7.3 Check whether the delivery technical documents are complete.
7.4 If the product is not put into operation immediately after unpacking, it should be repackaged and placed in a safe place indoors to prevent damage and theft.
7.5 For transformer acceptance, the corresponding handover document shall be signed together with the transportation department, and the handover document shall reflect the problems found during the inspection.

8. Appearance inspection before installation
8.1 After opening the packing case, remove the protective device (if any) and check the external condition, paying special attention to the mechanical integrity of the coil and core, the degree of compression of the coil and core, and the tightness of the bolts outside the connection.
8.2 After inspection, all fasteners and coil and iron core pressing parts must be tightened again in turn, do not allow any loosening phenomenon.
8.3 Disassemble and reinstall the transformer body in accordance with the provisions of the factory technical conditions and the relevant instructions of the complete assembly.
8.4 Clean the dust and dirt on the product with dry compressed air or clean rags.
8.5 If the storage time is long and there are water beads or serious condensation on the transformer surface, dry treatment should be carried out until the coil insulation resistance is qualified.

9. Inspection and test before operation
9.1 Measure the DC resistance of the high and low voltage winding (whether the data is consistent with the data given in the factory test certificate).
9.2 Check the iron core grounding (the ground lug is generally located at the end of the lower iron yoke or the upper iron yoke) to check whether the grounding is reliable, whether there is a other body lap, and whether there is multiple grounding.

9.4 When performing external construction frequency voltage resistance, should pay attention to remove the temperature control probe wire from the coil to prevent breakdown of the internal components of the thermostat.
9.5 Checking whether the protection system is normal.
9.6 The transformer should be installed at least 800mm away from the wall and other objects that affect heat dissipation. After the transformer is installed, connect the ground bolt to the general ground loop for reliable grounding.

10, Network operation
10.1 When the attached protection device and monitoring system are grounded and qualified, the transformer should first run under no-load, and after three shock closing, check and adjust the protection system.
10.2 After the product is delivered, the voltage regulation tap position of the HV side is connected according to the rated position. The voltage adjustment is required during operation, and the corresponding tapping connection can be carried out according to the tapping voltage indicated on the product name plate (when there is no excitation voltage regulation), and the voltage must be carried out in the case of cutting off the transformer power supply.
10.3 The transformer adopts BWDK series temperature controller, and the temperature measuring element is arranged at the upper end of the low-voltage coil, which can automatically detect and display the respective working temperature of the three-phase coil. When the coil temperature reaches the set temperature, the thermometer can automatically check the fan, stop the fan, alarm, trip, set the temperature user can adjust according to the thermostat manual.

11. Maintenance
After running for a period of time, the dry transformer should be cut off for the following necessary checks and maintenance.
11.1 Check the coil, iron core, wire sealing, tap-connecting terminals and fasteners in various parts to see if there is damage, deformation, loosening, discoloration, overheating traces and corrosion. If there is any abnormal situation, it should be checked for operation damage and necessary measures to change.
11.2 Dust off the transformer. All parts that can be touched by the hand should be wiped with dry cloth, but volatile cleaners should not be used. The parts that are difficult to wipe inside the iron core coil should be blown clean with compressed air.
11.3 The transformer equipped with the fan should also remove dust and soil accumulation in the fan (pay attention to avoid deformation of the fan blade due to damage), and check the grease of the fan bearing, and supplement or replace it if necessary.
11.4 After the inspection and maintenance is completed, before the transformer is put into operation again, it should be carefully checked whether there are metal or non-metal foreign objects dropped and left in the coil and iron core and insulation parts.


12. Security matters
12.1 The power supply to the temperature controller (and fan) should be obtained through the switch panel, not directly connected to the transformer. 12.2 Before the transformer is put into operation, the grounding system of the transformer room must be emphatically checked.
12.3 The door of the transformer shell should be closed to ensure the safety of electricity use.
12.4 The transformer room should have measures to prevent small animals from entering, so as to avoid accidents.
12.5 Staff entering the transformer room must wear insulation shoes, pay attention to the safe distance from the live part, do not touch the transformer.
12.6 If you find that the transformer noise suddenly increases, you should immediately pay attention to the load of the transformer and the power grid voltage, strengthen the observation of the temperature change of the transformer, and contact the relevant personnel for consultation in time.
12.7 The transformer should be checked once every 3-5 years, and some preventive tests can also be done at this time.
12.8 Installation, testing, operation and maintenance of transformers must be undertaken by qualified professionals.
