Our 1600KVA Oil Transformer stands out with its superior insulation and cooling mechanisms. Utilizing oil as the primary insulation and cooling medium, our transformers boast various methods such as oil-immersed self-cooling, air cooling, water cooling, and forced oil circulation. Integral components include an iron core, winding, oil tank, oil pillow, respirator, explosion-proof tube (pressure relief valve), radiator, insulation sleeve, tap changer, gas relay, thermometer, and oil purifier, ensuring robust and reliable performance.
Our oil-immersed transformers feature silicon steel sheets that, over time, absorb oil, providing elasticity and buffering that significantly reduce noise levels. However, the pressure regulating switch is situated inside the fuel tank, making external contact visibility impossible. Poor contact during high-load conditions may lead to switch burnout, akin to a circuit breaker malfunction.
Operating Temperature: Our oil-immersed transformers operate effectively within specified cooling conditions, maintaining a top oil temperature below 90ºC. For optimal performance and to prevent insulation aging, the top oil temperature should generally not surpass 85ºC frequently, with the alarm setting ideally at 80ºC.
Overload: Designed to handle both normal and accidental overloads, our transformers come equipped with overload signal installations or comprehensive measuring instruments where necessary. For oil-immersed transformers, the overload signal should be 1.1-1.2 times the rated current, whereas for dry-type transformers, it should be 1.2-1.3 times the rated current (based on fan current).
Upon activation of the transformer's overload signal, it is crucial to monitor load and temperature changes closely. Conduct timely inspections and identify the overload cause if possible. Should the load exceed 1.3 times the rated current or if temperatures go beyond the upper limit, it is essential to reduce the load. Regular data downloads and load analyses are recommended, particularly for transformers frequently nearing overload conditions.

Extended Lifespan: Featuring a fully sealed oil tank structure, our transformers ensure the oil remains uncontaminated by air, significantly prolonging the service life. The tank can be secured with bolts or welded to maintain its integrity.
