Our Durable Oil Filled Transformer harnesses the power of oil as its primary insulation and cooling medium. Whether it's oil-immersed self-cooling, air cooling, water cooling, or forced oil circulation, this transformer adapts seamlessly. Key components include the iron core, winding, oil tank, oil pillow, respirator, explosion-proof tube (pressure relief valve), radiator, insulation sleeve, tap changer, gas relay, thermometer, and oil purifier, making it a robust and versatile solution for power management.
The oil immersed transformers by GANGKONG present a unique advantage with layers of silicon steel sheets that allow the transformer oil to penetrate, providing elasticity and buffering. This results in remarkably low noise levels. However, note that the pressure regulating switch is housed inside the fuel tank, which may obscure the contact points during regulation. Ensuring good contact is crucial, as poor contact can lead to switch burnout under high loads.

Operating temperature: Engineered for optimal performance, our oil immersed transformers can operate flawlessly under specified cooling conditions without exceeding a top oil temperature of 90ºC. However, to safeguard against insulation aging, it is recommended to maintain the top oil temperature below 85ºC frequently, with alarm settings at 80ºC.

Overload: Designed to handle both normal and accidental overload conditions, our transformers feature overload signals. In the absence of these signals, a comprehensive measuring instrument should be employed. The overload signal value for oil immersed transformers is between 1.1-1.2 times the rated current, while for dry-type transformers, it ranges from 1.2-1.3 times the rated current (based on fan current during operation).

Upon activation of the overload signal, monitor load and temperature changes closely. If feasible, promptly inspect and determine the cause of the overload. For loads exceeding 1.3 times the rated current or temperatures surpassing the upper threshold, immediate load reduction is necessary. Monthly data downloads and load analysis are recommended for transformers with a history of overload to ensure proactive maintenance. Regular inspections help identify and mitigate overload causes efficiently.

Featuring the S11 and 10KV low loss models, our transformers utilize a fully sealed corrugated oil tank design. This prevents the transformer oil from interacting with external air, thus maintaining high insulation strength. Moreover, by restricting oxygen entry, it delays insulation material aging, prolonging the transformer's lifespan and enhancing its overall performance.
Technical features: Energy-efficient and cost-saving, the S11 model boasts a significant 30% reduction in no-load loss and 25% in load loss compared to the GB/T6451 standard, alongside a 20% decrease in operational costs.
Long service life: The fully sealed structure of our transformer oil tanks, whether bolted or welded, ensures no air contact, significantly extending the product's lifespan and ensuring reliable performance throughout its use.
