Our transformers feature an advanced design and stringent manufacturing processes, complemented by comprehensive testing. The HV windings are crafted from 99.9% oxygen-free copper, combined with epoxy network cloth and resin, while LV windings use 99.9% oxygen-free copper foil. The iron core is composed of high-quality, high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, bound using a specialized method. This results in exceptional mechanical and electrical strength, superb heat dissipation, and minimal local discharge. 2. Environmental and Operating Conditions
2.1 The installation site should not exceed an elevation of 1000m, and the ambient temperature mustremain below 40°C. For installations exceeding these parameters, specialized design solutions are available.
2.2 Suitable for environments with 100% relative humidity and temperatures ranging from +40ºC to -25ºC. For environments requiring on-load switches and temperature controllers, this is especially pertinent.
2.3 Typically installed indoors, our transformers require a clean, dust-free environment with no corrosive gases and excellent ventilation. For locations such as basements with limited ventilation, forced ventilation should be considered, requiring around 3-4 m³/min of ventilation per 1kW loss, encompassing both no-load and load losses.
2.4 During installation, maintain a distance of at least 800mm from walls and other obstacles,and ensure a 300mm gap between adjacent transformers. Adjustments can be made for limited distribution box spaces.
2.5 Generally, transformers can be placed directly at the intended site and made operational post-installation and inspection. For installations requiring vibration resistance, the transformer's foundation should be secured with bolts and nuts for added stability.

5. Product system description
5.1 Temperature display and temperature control system
According to the requirements of users, this product can be equipped with temperature display temperature control system, its function is :(1) send overload alarm signal, automatically display temperature.
(2) When the internal temperature of the coil exceeds the limit set by the signal thermometer, the fan can be started and stopped, the power supply can be disconnected, and the transformer can be cut off.
5.2 Cooling System
The cooling method is air natural cooling (AN), the output capacity is 100%; forced air circulation cooling (AF) can be long-term overload 25%, short-term overload 50%.
5.3 Protection Level
The general protection level of this product is IPO0, the transformer is not equipped with the shell, need indoor use; It can be equipped with a shell,if the user needs and IP20 or IP23(when the transformer protection level is high, the transformer capacity reduction operation should be considered).
Note: The IP20 housing prevents the entry of solid objects larger than 12mm, providing a safety barrier for live parts. On the basis of IP20, the protective shell of IP23 can prevent water droplets from flowing into the vertical line at an Angle of 60°.


6. Product packaging and transportation
6.1 Products are divided into two types: open type (without protective cover) and protected type (with protective shell), usually for railway, waterway, highway transportation, if necessary, can be partially disassembled transportation (such as on-load tap changer, temperature controller, air cooling device, protective cover, etc., need to be packaged separately) or the whole into the packing box transportation. Cranes, winches or other appropriate transport machinery can be used to lift and unload products.
6.2 During the transportation of the product, the product must be covered with waterproof cloth to prevent rain.
6.3 In the process of lifting the products with packing boxes, the rope should be hung on the sleepers at the bottom four corners of the packing boxes. The packaged products can be lifted 100mm-150mm from the ground with a special lifting device, and then formally lifted after there is no abnormal condition.
6.4 In the process of transportation, the transportation line should not be greater than 15° up and down slopes, in order to ensure that the vehicle evenly bear the load, the product center of gravity is located on the vertical center line of the vehicle when loading. In order to prevent the displacement and toppling of the product during transportation, the direction of the long axis of the product should be consistent with the direction of transportation, and the product should be firmly tied to the transport vehicle.
6.5 When loading and unloading vehicles without cranes, safety technical requirements should be met, and the lifting capacity should be checked to see if it is consistent with the transportation weight of the product.
6.6 For optimal product stability during transit, it is recommended that if your product comes with a trolley, the roller at the base should be removed. This prevents any unwanted movement and ensures secure transportation. Once at its destination, simply reattach the trolley. Additionally, for versatile mobility, adjust the roller axles at both ends of the frame to a 90° angle, allowing the product to glide effortlessly in either a horizontal or vertical direction.
6.7 Upon arrival at its destination, minimize the duration your product spends in transit storage, especially if outdoors. Prior to installation, it's crucial to keep the product sheltered in a dry, airy environment. This precaution prevents potential mechanical damage and contamination, ensuring your product remains in pristine condition.

7. Inspection and Acceptance
7.1 Swiftly upon receipt, open the shell and conduct a meticulous inspection and acceptance process. Verify the completeness of items against the packing list, examine for any transport-related damages to the transformer, check for displaced or damaged components, ensure all fasteners are securely intact, inspect for any compromised insulation, and clean the coil surface if needed.
7.2 Confirm that the specifications on the product nameplate perfectly match your required product details, including specifications, capacity, voltage level, connection group label, and short-circuit impedance.
7.3 Ensure all technical documents delivered with the product are intact and comprehensive.
7.4 Should the product not be immediately operational post-unpacking, it must be carefully repackaged and stored in a secure indoor location to safeguard against potential damage or theft.
7.5 During the transformer acceptance process, ensure to properly document any issues discovered during inspection by completing a handover document alongside the transportation department.

8. Appearance Inspection Before Installation
8.1 When you first unbox the product, remove any protective gear and thoroughly inspect the external state. Place particular focus on the mechanical soundness of the coil and core, check for proper compression, and verify the secure fastening of the bolts at every connection point.
8.2 Once inspection is complete, methodically retighten all fasteners and pressing parts of the coil and iron core to prevent any possibility of looseness.
8.3 Follow the detailed instructions provided by the manufacturer for dismantling and reinstalling the transformer body, adhering to all specified assembly conditions.
8.4 To maintain cleanliness, gently remove dust and debris from the product using dry compressed air or clean rags.
8.5 If the product has been stored for an extended period, and signs of moisture such as water droplets or condensation appear on the transformer, it is essential to perform drying treatments until the coil insulation resistance meets the standards.

9. Inspection and Test Before Operation
9.1 Begin by measuring the DC resistance of both the high and low voltage windings to ensure they match the factory test certificate data.
9.2 Confirm the reliability of the iron core grounding by inspecting the grounding lug, typically found at the end of the lower or upper iron yoke. Check for any other body laps or multiple grounding points. other body lap, and whether there is multiple grounding.

9.4 When undertaking external construction frequency voltage resistance testing, it is essential to carefully removethe temperature control probe wire from the coil. This precaution helps prevent any potential breakdown of the thermostat's internal components, ensuring seamless operation.
9.5 Conduct a thorough check to ensure the protection system operates normally, maintaining optimal safety.
9.6 It is crucial to install the transformer at a minimum distance of 800mm from walls and other objects that could hinder heat dissipation. Once installed, connect the ground bolt to the general ground loop for steadfast grounding, ensuring operational safety.

10, Network operation
10.1 Upon certifying that the attached protection device and monitoring system are grounded and meet quality standards, initiate the transformer operation under no-load conditions. Conduct three shock closings to meticulously check and adjust the protection system, ensuring flawless performance.
10.2 Post delivery, connect the voltage regulation tap position on the HV side according to the rated settings. During operation, if voltage adjustment is necessary, proceed with the corresponding tapping as indicated on the product nameplate, ensuring to cut off transformer power for safe adjustments.
10.3 Utilizing the advanced BWDK series temperature controller, the transformer accurately detects and displays the working temperature of the three-phase coil. When the coil reaches the set temperature, automatic functions like fan control and alarms are triggered, offering user-adjustable settings as per the thermostat manual for optimal control.

11. Maintenance
After the transformer has operated for some time, initiate a shutdown for essential checks and maintenance to ensure longevity and reliability.
11.1 Examine the coil, iron core, wire sealing, tap-connecting terminals, and fasteners across all sections for any signs of damage, deformation, loosening, discoloration, overheating, or corrosion. Address any abnormalities promptly to prevent operational disruptions.
11.2 Clean away dust from the transformer. For surfaces accessible by hand, use a dry cloth, avoiding volatile cleaners. For harder-to-reach areas within the iron core coil, use compressed air to ensure thorough cleanliness.
11.3 If equipped with a fan, eliminate dust and soil accumulation. Take care to prevent fan blade deformation and inspect the fan bearing grease, supplementing or replacing as needed for smooth operation.
11.4 Post-inspection and maintenance, verify that no metal or non-metal foreign objects have been inadvertently left in the coil, iron core, or insulation parts, ensuring the transformer's readiness for optimal operation.


12. Security matters
12.1 The power supply for both the temperature controller and the fan must be sourced via the switch panel rather than a direct connection to the transformer itself. This ensures safe, regulated power management. 12.2 Prior to the transformer being commissioned, a thorough inspection of the grounding system within the transformer room is crucial to ensure safety and functionality.
12.3 To guarantee electrical safety, the door of the transformer enclosure must always remain securely closed, preventing unauthorized or accidental access to crucial components.
12.4 It is essential that the transformer room incorporates effective measures to prevent small animals from entering. This precaution helps in avoiding potential electrical hazards and accidents.
12.5 Personnel accessing the transformer room are required to wear insulating shoes and maintain a safe distance from any live parts. Direct contact with the transformer should be strictly avoided to ensure personal safety.
12.6 In the event of a sudden increase in transformer noise, it is imperative to promptly assess the transformer's load and the power grid's voltage. Monitoring the transformer's temperature changes closely and contacting the relevant personnel for immediate consultation is necessary.
12.7 Regular inspections of the transformer are advised every 3-5 years, during which preventive tests can also be conducted to ensure ongoing reliability and performance.
12.8 Only qualified professionals should handle the installation, testing, operation, and maintenance of transformers, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational efficiency.
