Our Oil Immersed Transformers are ingeniously designed to utilize oil as both the primary insulation medium and cooling agent. They encompass various cooling methods like oil-immersed self-cooling, oil-immersed air cooling, oil-immersed water cooling, and forced oil circulation. Comprising essential components such as an iron core, winding, oil tank, oil pillow, breather, explosion-proof tube (pressure relief valve), radiator, insulation sleeve, tap changer, gas relay, thermometer, and oil purifier, these transformers are built for exceptional performance and reliability.
In our oil-immersed transformers, the layers of silicon steel sheets are infused with transformer oil over time, providing excellent elasticity and buffering, which results in remarkably low noise levels. However, note that the pressure regulating switch is housed inside the fuel tank, making its contact points invisible from the exterior. In cases of contact failure, it acts like a circuit breaker, and poor contact under high load conditions may lead to switch burnout.
Operating temperature: Our oil-immersed transformers can perform optimally under specified cooling conditions as indicated on the nameplate. However, it's essential that the top oil temperature does not exceed 90 ºC. To maintain insulation integrity, it is recommended that the top oil temperature stays below 85 ºC frequently, with the alarm threshold set at 80 ºC.
Overload: Our transformers are engineered to handle both normal and emergency overload conditions. Overload signals or comprehensive measuring instruments should be installed to monitor the situation. Specifically, for oil-immersed transformers, the overload signal value should be 1.1-1.2 times the rated current, while for dry-type transformers, it should be 1.2-1.3 times the rated current (considering the fan current during operation).
Upon activation of the transformer's overload signal, it's crucial to observe changes in load and temperature. If feasible, conduct timely inspections to determine the cause of the overload. Should the overload exceed 1.3 times the rated current or the temperature surpass the maximum limit, load reduction is necessary. For transformers with a history of overloading, data should be downloaded monthly for analysis, with a shortened cycle for those prone to overload, ensuring meticulous load and temperature monitoring.

The R-type iron core's width ensures a circular cross-section, and the stepped iron core is fabricated by rolling multiple layers of various widths. Post-formation, the iron core undergoes vacuum annealing to eliminate stress and minimize losses.
Featuring a fully sealed corrugated oil tank structure, our S11 and 10KV low-loss power transformers prevent transformer oil from contacting the surrounding air, thereby maintaining high insulation strength. The exclusion of oxygen from the oil tank mitigates the aging of insulation materials, prolonging the product's service life and enhancing its social benefits.
Technical features: Energy-Efficient: The S11 model boasts an average no-load loss reduction of 30% and load loss reduction of 25% compared to GB/T6451 standards, resulting in a 20% decrease in operational costs.
Long-lasting durability: Our transformer oil tanks are designed with a fully sealed structure, using either bolts or welds at the tank edge. This design prevents the transformer oil from contacting air, significantly extending the service life of the transformer.
