Designed with precision, these transformers utilize oil as the primary insulation method and cooling medium, featuring diverse cooling options like self-cooling, air-cooling, water-cooling, and forced oil circulation. Key components include an iron core, winding, oil tank, oil pillow, respirator, explosion-proof tube (pressure relief valve), radiator, insulation sleeve, tap changer, gas relay, thermometer, and oil purifier.
Engineered for excellence, our oil immersed transformers have silicon steel sheets that, due to prolonged immersion, allow oil penetration, enhancing elasticity and buffering effects to minimize noise. However, the pressure regulating switch is housed inside the fuel tank, making the switch contact invisible from the outside. In scenarios where contact fails, it acts as a circuit breaker, and poor contact under high load can lead to switch burnout.
Operating temperature: Our oil immersed transformers are designed to operate efficiently within specified cooling conditions, ensuring the top oil temperature remains below 90 ºC. To prevent insulation aging, it is recommended to keep the top oil temperature below 85 ºC frequently, with an alarm set at 80 ºC for added safety.
Overload: Our transformers are robust enough to handle normal and accidental overload conditions. Installation of overload signals or comprehensive measuring instruments is advised. The overload signal for oil immersed transformers should be 1.1-1.2 times the rated current, whereas for dry-type transformers, it should be 1.2-1.3 times the rated current, based on the running fan's current.
Upon activation of the transformer's overload signal, it is crucial to monitor load and temperature variations. Immediate inspections should be conducted to identify and address overload causes. If the overload surpasses 1.3 times the rated current or if the temperature exceeds the upper limit, load reduction is necessary. Monthly data downloads and load analysis are essential for transformers with overload tendencies, with increased monitoring frequency as needed.

The R-type iron core ensures a circular cross-section, while the stepped iron core is formed by rolling multiple width layers. Post-formation, vacuum annealing is conducted to eliminate stress, significantly reducing losses.
Our S11 and 10KV low loss power transformers feature a fully sealed corrugated oil tank design, preventing transformer oil from contacting surrounding air, thus preserving insulation strength.
